Setting Up eStatements for ENB's Internet Banking

The following steps show you how to sign up for eStatements through ENB's Internet Banking. eStatements is free for all ENB Internet Banking customers and is a secure way to retain your banking statements for future reference.

Personal Customers: If you are not yet an Internet Banking user, sign up today!

Step 1: To set up eStatements, you must first log in to your Internet Banking account.

Step 2:
In ENB’s Internet Banking, under the Preferences menu on the left-hand side, select DELIVERY.

Step 3: On the Delivery Preferences screen, select the ELECTRONIC STATEMENT option to the left of the account number.

Step 4: Type the email address where you would like to be notified when your statement is available into the E-MAIL box.

If you wish to send a notification to a second address, type the secondary email address into the ALTERNATE E-MAIL box. Otherwise, continue to Step 5.

Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for each account that you would like to add to eStatements.


NOTE: If you elect eStatements for an account, you will receive eStatements for all accounts that appear on the statement with that account, whether or not you elect eStatements for those accounts.

Step 6: Read and agree to the eStatements terms at the bottom of the page.

Step 7: Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page to complete your enrollment. eStatements will begin within 1 – 2 statement cycles.
