If your usual branch is closing early, we’ll be glad to serve you at another nearby location.
Check and cash deposits will be available at all ENB ATMs.

It is important we have current contact information so we can provide updates on changes resulting from this upgrade in order to help you prepare. Confirm your address, phone number, and email in Online Banking or by reviewing your statements. Updates can be made by visiting any ENB Community Banking Office, calling us at (877) 773-6605, or updating your profile settings in Online Banking.

Take These Steps Prior To Upgrade:

COMPLETE ANY IN-PERSON BANKING TRANSACTIONS
In anticipation of the unavailability of ENB Community Banking Offices and Drive-Up Facilities while we upgrade, complete any in-person banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, or special transactions before office closing on Friday, September 13.

COMPLETE ANY ELECTRONIC BANKING TRANSACTIONS
ENB Wisdom Line Telephone Banking, Online Banking, and Bank on the Go! Mobile Banking will be unavailable while we upgrade. Complete any transactions through these channels including fund transfers, loan payments, bill payments, balance inquiries, and mobile deposits prior to 6 pm on Friday, September 13. PLEASE NOTE: Cash withdrawals, cash deposits, and check deposits will be available at ENB ATMs throughout the weekend. Funds transfers and balance information will not be available through ATMs while we upgrade.

NOTIFY US OF TRAVEL
If you’re traveling out of state between September 13 and September 16, please be sure to let us know prior to Friday, September 13 at 6:00 p.m.

CONSIDER GRABBING EXTRA CASH
Although ENB Debit Mastercard® will be available for purchases and withdrawals at ATMs, it is a good practice to have cash on hand should we experience any unexpected service disruptions. ENB Credit Cards will also be available for purchases and are a good option if debit card disruptions occur.

TIMELINE: Friday, September 13: At close of business, ENB Community Banking Offices and Drive-Ups will close until Monday, September 16. The ENB Contact Center, Online Banking, Bank on the Go! Mobile Banking, and Telephone Banking Wisdom Line will be unavailable starting at 6:00 pm.

Monday, September 16: ENB Community Banking Offices will open for normal business hours. At 8:00 am, the Contact Center will open and ENB Online Banking, Bank on the Go! Mobile Banking, and Wisdom Line Telephone Banking will be available.

Available:

DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS
ENB Debit MasterCard® will have daily limits reduced to $1,500 for consumer cards. Purchase limits for business debit cards and all credit cards will remain unchanged. Customers will be able to report lost or stolen debit and credit cards the entire weekend of upgrade.

  • Call (877) 773-6605 and select menu option 2 to report a lost debit card.
  • Call (800) 558-3424 to report a lost consumer credit card. Call (866) 552-8855 to report a lost business credit card.

ATM WITHDRAWALS
ENB ATMs will be operational and customers will be able to make deposits and withdrawals at any ENB machine. Withdrawal limits will remain $500 per day. Customers will also be able to make fee-free withdrawals at machines in the Allpoint ATM network. Go to epnb.com/atms for information on Allpoint ATM locations.

ONLINE APPLICATIONS
Applications for consumer and mortgage loans will be available.

AUTOMATIC TRANSACTIONS
Previously scheduled automatic deposits, transfers, and payments will process normally.

New With Upgrade:

WISDOM LINE TELEPHONE BANKING PIN
The Wisdom Line Telephone Banking PIN for all customers will be reset. When initially accessing the Wisdom Line after the upgrade, customers will use the last four digits of their SSN as their PIN. This will apply to everyone regardless of whether or not they have used the Wisdom Line prior to the upgrade. After initial access, customers will be able to change their PIN to a four-digit number of their choosing, including the PIN used prior to upgrade.

LOAN NUMBERS
Customers who opened personal loans or lines of credit July 1, 2020 – May 17, 2024 will receive a new 10-digit loan number. Customers who opened an ENB HomeLine July 1, 2020 – May 17, 2024 will receive a new 8-digit loan account number. Customers will be notified of their new loan number by mail prior to the upgrade. This number will need to be updated for any automatic ACH or online bill payments made from a non-ENB account after September 16, 2024.

ACCOUNT STATEMENT
The format of your account statement will change, making it easier to read and understand where transactions are taking place.

EZ SAVE CLUB WITHDRAWAL DATES
ENB EZ Save Club customers currently with annual withdrawal dates on the 1st to the 14th of their selected month of withdrawal will have their withdrawal transfer made on the 1st of that month. Customers currently with withdrawal dates on the 15th to the 31st of their selected month will have their withdrawal transfer made on the 15th of that month.

BUSINESS CASH TRANSACTION IDENTIFICATION
Identification of employees conducting cash transactions on behalf of an ENB business customer will need to be re-established. They should be prepared to provide ID during the first transaction after upgrade.

Stays The Same:

All account numbers, except for the loan numbers specified under “New With Upgrade,” will remain unchanged. Your current checks will remain valid.

ENB Debit and Credit Card numbers and PINs.

ENB’s routing and transit number.

ENB Online Bill Pay. Payee information will remain so it will not need to be re-entered. Payments set up prior to the upgrade will occur as scheduled.

All scheduled deposits, transfers, and payments from ENB accounts. Automatic payments scheduled to take place on weekends or holidays will now occur on the first business day after the weekend or holiday.

Usernames and passwords for Online Banking.

Fraudsters sometimes exploit major events like system upgrades to try to capture sensitive banking information.
Remember that ENB will never call, text, or email you asking for your account number, password, or other personal details. Now and always, it’s a good idea to verify any unsolicited messages that appear to be from a financial institution or another trusted party by contacting the sender directly – not by replying or clicking a link.

Why is ENB upgrading?
We’re excited about this upgrade because it will allow us to offer you new and improved products to enhance your financial well-being, as well as more efficient service when conducting transactions, opening accounts, and resolving issues. You’ll also benefit from expanded digital banking tools, industry-leading fraud prevention features, and a fresh new look to your account statements.
Will there be an interruption in services during the upgrade?
Yes. Between 6 pm Friday, September 13 and 8 am Monday, September 16, ENB Community Banking Offices, Drive-Up Facilities, Contact Center, Online Banking, Bank on the Go! Mobile Banking, and Wisdom Line Telephone Banking will be unavailable.
Will my account number change?
Customers who opened personal loans or lines of credit July 1, 2020 – May 17, 2024 will receive a new 10-digit loan number. Will my PIN for the Wisdom Line change?
Yes. The Wisdom Line Telephone Banking PIN for all customers will be reset. Will my automatic deposits, transfers and bill payments continue during the upgrade?
Yes. Automatic deposits, transfers, and bill payments will continue during and after the upgrade. Customers may see a delay in the posting of these items, but they will be posted with the effective date of the scheduled transaction.
Is anything changing with my checks?
No. You will be able to continue using your current checks.
