Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of John N. Stauffer as Vice President and Senior Retail Officer. In this role, Stauffer will be responsible for directing all operational, sales, and service aspects of the Retail Division of the bank including, Branch Offices and the Contact Center in accordance with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Aaron L. Groff, Jr., Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Ephrata National Bank, was recently recognized for serving more than 50-years in the banking industry at the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers) Annual Meeting in Marco Island, Florida on May 11.
The Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry introduced the #ImpactLancaster Leadership Challenge earlier this year at the Cocalico Ephrata Consortium meeting. The new initiative challenges the Lancaster County community to identify, create, and implement a solution to a broad business or community challenge. At the meeting it was identified that one of the challenges our community faces is that many students graduating from High School are not prepared to enter the workforce.
