Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of Kristine Good, Jessi Sensenig, and Marie Foltz, to Vice President, Regional Market Managers.
In these newly created roles, Good, Sensenig and Foltz will supervise and oversee the Community Banking Managers, formerly known as Office Managers, in their assigned market, focusing on the strategic initiatives for their designated region in addition to the management of their Community Banking Office. The VP, Regional Market Manager will be responsible for evolving the ENB customer experience and expanding on customer relationships in their assigned Regions, which will include their Community Banking Office. This new structure and enhanced level of accountability empowers each team to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
Kristine Good joined Ephrata National Bank in 2018 as Assistant Vice President and Office Manager of the Akron Office. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the Central Region of ENB, and will have direct responsibility for the bank’s Akron, Hinkletown, Ephrata Main and Cloister Offices. In addition to having over thirty-years of experience in financial services, she is active in her community serving on the Board of Directors of Diamond Street Early Learning Center as Treasurer, as a member of the Finance Committee at Groffdale Mennonite Church and is an active participant at Lancaster Chamber of Commerce events. Good resides in Lancaster County, PA.
Jessi Sensenig, formerly the Office Manager at ENB’s Main Office in Ephrata, PA. since 2016, recently transferred to ENB’s Manheim Office. She will be responsible for the Western Region of ENB where she will oversee the Manheim, Lititz, Myerstown and Denver Branches of ENB. She has nearly thirty-years of banking experience. Sensenig attended Reading Area Community College in Reading, PA, where she earned her Associates Degree in Travel and Tourism. Additionally, she graduated with Highest Honors from the Central Atlantic School of Banking at Dickenson College and has completed various courses through the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. Sensenig serves as an Ambassador with the Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, a financial literacy instructor with Tabor Community Services, and a classroom facilitator with Junior Achievement of South Central Pennsylvania, where she received Volunteer of the Year in 2013. She resides in Lititz, PA, with her husband and children.
Marie Foltz has been Office Manager of ENB’s Leola Office. As Regional Market Manager, she will oversee the Eastern Region of ENB, including the Leola, Strasburg, Georgetown, Blue Ball and Morgantown Offices. She has nearly 34 years of experience in the financial Services industry. She is a graduate of Millersville University, Millersville, PA., where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. She resides in Lancaster, PA.
