Ephrata National Bank Ranked Third in Mid-Atlantic Region for Overall Quality
Ephrata National Bank has been recognized by Banking Mid Atlantic magazine in the 2020 Mid Atlantic Banking Choice Awards. The local community bank ranked third in the mid-Atlantic region and first in Lancaster County for Best Bank in terms of overall quality.
“It’s an honor to be ranked third in overall quality by Banking Mid Atlantic magazine,” said Jeffrey Stauffer, President, CEO and Chairman. “ENB has a long history of serving its communities that spans nearly 140-years; through the great depression, economic downturns and now as we help our communities to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to continue to exceed our customer and community expectations as a trusted financial partner while providing our customers with simple, straightforward banking. I think this acknowledgement demonstrates that we are heading in the right direction.”
The Banking Choice Awards are based upon the results of the Rivel Banking Benchmarks, the largest and most comprehensive measure of banking customer experience in the world. The benchmarks are conducted independent of any financial institution biannually by Rivel, the marketing and investment community research firm and pioneer in the online measurement and tracking of customer experience for banking institutions. In the double-blind survey, 10,812 interviews were conducted accounting for 463 financial institutions. The Customer Experience Benchmarks ask respondents to evaluate up to 53 different metrics about each institution they use for banking services. These include the following metrics used for the Banking Choice Awards: overall quality, customer service, tools & technology.
