With our community being encouraged to use social distancing to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and ENB restricting lobby access at branch offices, what should I do if need cash or to conduct transactions?
Transactional business may be conducted at an ENB branch office drive-thru which will maintain normal business hours. Our branch offices will remain open by appointment during normal business hours for account opening, loan applications, safe deposit box access, general assistance and transactions when using a drive thru is not possible.
Customers are also encouraged to use ENB Online Banking or Bank on the Go (mobile banking) whenever possible. Customers wishing to enroll in these services can do so by clicking here. ENB Telephone Banking also lets you access account information and transfer funds 24/7 at (888) 878-BANK (2265). ENB ATMs will continue to operate 24/7. In addition to cash withdrawals, ENB customers can deposit cash and checks at all machines.
I need to withdraw money from my certificate of deposit to help pay for unexpected expenses as a result of COVID-19. Will ENB let me withdraw my money without penalty?
Yes! ENB customers will be allowed to withdrawal all funds in their certificate of deposit without incurring an early withdrawal penalty. Arrangements to withdrawal the funds can be made by appointment by contacting any ENB branch office, calling (877) 773-6605 or emailing us.
I didn’t receive direct deposit of my paycheck. What should I do?
Contact your employer to ensure that payroll operations are functioning as normal and to verify that funds were sent to the correct account, and when they are scheduled to be deposited into your account.
Can I borrow money to help me cover my bills in the short term?
