Mobile and Online Business Banking FAQs
Yes. Business accounts can receive eStatements. You will be sent an email notification when your eStatement is ready.
After you sign up for eStatements, you will need to verify your information. You’ll begin receiving eStatements in the first statement cycle after your information is verified. Therefore, you may receive 1-2 paper statements before you start receiving eStatements. Once you start receiving paperless eStatements, you won’t receive a paper statement.
eStatements are available for a 24-month period. This will begin with the first statement you receive after your information is verified for the eStatement program.
