SVP, Human Resources Officer
Ephrata National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ashley Bowman to Senior Vice President, Human Resources Officer.
In this role, Bowman will provide strategic leadership for the Bank’s human resources and organizational development functions, helping to strengthen organizational capability, culture, and workforce effectiveness. She will work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute people and talent strategies and to drive leadership development and organizational performance.
Bowman brings more than 14 years of experience to ENB, with extensive knowledge of human resources, learning and organizational development, and leadership development fields. Her recent experience includes more than eight years with the Bank in progressively advancing leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Interim Human Resources Officer at ENB, where she provided enterprise-wide leadership for human resources strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent initiatives. Prior to this, she served as ENB’s Vice President, Learning and Organizational Development Officer and Director of Professional and Organizational Development, leading leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and enterprise learning initiatives. Bowman also serves on the Board of Directors for the Ephrata Area Education Foundation, supporting initiatives that promote educational enrichment and community engagement throughout the Ephrata area.
Bowman holds a Bachelor’s degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and currently resides in Ephrata, PA with her family.
