About This Contest

Ephrata National Bank invites children in the community to join in the search for “Pigs in the Park.” Ephrata National Bank (ENB) will hide approximately 700 piggy banks throughout select parks from May 31–June 21, 2025. (Please see dates and locations indicated above as a guide. These dates and locations are subject to change.) Participants will have one (1) 
day per location to find piggy banks hidden within the park. Any eligible child who brings a piggy bank into an ENB branch location and opens (or has an existing) Super Saver savings account will have $25 deposited into their account courtesy of ENB. An Ephrata National Bank Super Saver savings account must be opened to be eligible to receive the deposit. A cash exchange will not be made. There is no fee or purchase necessary to participate in this contest. Ephrata National Bank reserves the right to cancel or amend any and all guidelines and terms and conditions without notice. Ephrata National Bank will make every effort to notify participants of any and all changes to contest rules.

Who Can Enter

To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be U.S. residents ages 2–12 years old with consent from a parent or legal guardian. Participants above the age of 12 or under 
the age of 2 are ineligible to participate in the contest. Employees of Ephrata National Bank and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the contest. This includes spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren. Only one deposit will be made per child, therefore collecting multiple pigs is discouraged. Ephrata National Bank reserves the right to use the name and visual representation (photos, videos, etc.) of any entrant for non-paid promotional use in the form of digital or print content. This includes promotional materials of this and future similar contests. Paid advertising campaigns are excluded. By participating in this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Prize

Winners will receive a $25.00 deposit into a Super Saver savings account and will be responsible for any federal, state or local taxes on these funds. A 1099-INT will be issued to winners for tax purposes. Approximately 100 winners will be awarded per location. Winners will receive a deposit of $25 made into a new or existing Super Saver savings account. To claim the prize, winner must bring in a piggy bank that was found at one of the locations to an ENB branch location. No substitutions for any prize will be made and no transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed. Ephrata National Bank is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from participation in this contest.

Odds of Winning & Miscellaneous

Odds of winning depend on the number of participants at each park location. Ephrata National Bank, community park locations, and all involved partners accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the participation in the contest. This contest is in no way associated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or the above-mentioned community park locations.
