Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of a Community Banking Manager

Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of Louise Diem as Community Banking Manager, overseeing the Akron Office. In this role, she will be responsible for managing the office, overseeing business development within the community, executing the customer experience strategy, and leading a team of banking professionals.

Diem brings more than 17 years of banking experience to ENB, most recently serving as a Branch Manager with PNC Bank. Her career includes extensive experience in consumer and small business banking and lending, as well as a strong focus on team development and customer relationships. In her leadership roles, she has been responsible for building and coaching high-performing teams, supporting employee growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Diem has also worked closely with small businesses to open and manage accounts, support lending needs, and implement fraud protection solutions while consistently delivering a high level of service and operational excellence.
