Ephrata National Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew J. Petsu as Assistant Vice President, Associate Counsel.

In this role, Petsu will provide legal support across a broad range of matters, helping to ensure sound, compliant, and forward-looking decision-making throughout the organization. He will work closely with ENB leadership and business units to deliver practical legal guidance, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to the Bank’s enterprise risk management efforts.

Petsu brings more than 18 years of legal experience to ENB, with a strong background in litigation management, employment law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. Most recently, he served as Assistant Chief Counsel at the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA), where he advised on complex legal matters, managed litigation strategy, and supported organizational compliance and governance initiatives. Other experience includes serving as counsel of record in state and federal courts, managing outside counsel, advising on labor and employment matters, and supporting senior leadership with strategic legal insight.

Petsu earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.
