Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of three Community Banking Officers
Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of three Community Banking Managers—Shannon Meter, Gregory Verbosky, and Brianna Zimmerman. In their roles, they will be responsible for managing their offices, overseeing business development within the community, executing the customer experience strategy, and leading a team of banking professionals.

Shannon Meter
AVP, Community Banking Officer
Meter joins as AVP, Community Banking Manager of ENB’s Hinkletown Office. She brings more than 20 years of financial services and leadership experience, with a background spanning business development, consumer and business lending, and coaching and development. Meter has built strong customer relationships, strengthened team culture, and helped create processes that support both efficiency and exceptional service. She graduated from Leadership Berks in June 2025 and currently serves on the board of Bethany Children’s Home, experience that further reflects her commitment to community-focused banking.

Gregory Verbosky
Community Banking Officer
Verbosky will oversee ENB’s Leola Office as Community Banking Manager. He brings 14 years of banking experience in which he served in a variety of roles including teller, banker, assistant manager, branch manager, regional facilitator, and business development officer. His breadth of experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of both customer needs and team leadership. He is passionate about building strong client relationships and developing his employees to create a strong team.

Brianna Zimmerman
AVP, Community Banking Officer
Zimmerman joins ENB as AVP, Community Banking Manager of the Denver Office. With over 25 years of banking experience, she brings a strong background in customer service, team leadership, and community-focused banking. Zimmerman’s track record of success in multiple roles throughout her banking career, including expertise in branch operations, coaching and developing employees, and cultivating meaningful relationships with customers, makes her a strong asset to ENB’s team of managers.
