Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of five ENB Employees— Jade Biempica, Ben Floren, Christian Heckman, Jen Heimbach, and JJ Jones.

Jade Biempica
AVP, Cash Management Relationship Manager
Biempica transitions into the role of AVP, Cash Management Relationship Manager. In this role, she will develop and sell cash management solutions to existing and prospective business clients, working closely with support staff, relationship officers, and branch managers to deliver excellent customer service. Biempica has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and has served as ENB’s Senior Cash Management Officer since joining the bank in 2021. Biempica recently earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation, demonstrating her expertise in corporate treasury and cash management. Her deep understanding of cash management, backed by years of experience, ensures she is a good fit for this role.
Ben Floren
AVP, Consumer and Small Business Relationship Manager
Floren takes on the role of AVP, Consumer and Small Business Relationship Manager after serving as Consumer and Small Business Relationship Manager with ENB since 2022. In this role, he will elevate his responsibilities, developing new business, managing portfolios, monitoring credit quality, and overseeing the overall relationship management of a portfolio of consumer and small business customers. Floren’s history of success at ENB, in addition to his strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities, prepares him well to step into this role.
Christian Heckman
SVP, Chief Lending Officer
Heckman begins serving as SVP, Chief Lending Officer, where he will create, execute, and implement the bank’s lending strategy. Formerly GVP, Commercial Lending Officer, Heckman is well-versed in ENB’s lending strategies. In his nine years with the bank, he has gained extensive experience managing and coaching various lending teams, developing lending relationships, and executing sales strategies. Heckman’s positive results and strong leadership skills are strong qualifications for this role.
Jen Heimbach
Cash Management Relationship Manager
Heimbach moves into the role of Cash Management Relationship Manager after serving as Community Branch Manager at ENB’s Denver office. In her new role, Heimbach will support cash management solutions for established and prospective corporate clients. She will work to analyze client needs and create tailored cash management solutions, collaborating closely with support staff, relational officers, and branch managers to boost revenue and provide superior customer service. In her 17 years with ENB, Heimbach has gained a deep understanding of the banking industry, positioning her well for success in her new role.
JJ Jones
SVP, Chief Credit Officer
Jones steps into the role of SVP, Chief Credit Officer, where he will lead and implement the bank’s overall credit strategy through loan structuring, policy creation, workout plans, and operational effectiveness. Since joining ENB in 2022, Jones has served as VP, Credit Review Officer. He has extensive experience and success overseeing the safety and soundness of ENB’s loan portfolio, ensuring performance standards and leading teams to execute short and long-term strategies, making him a strong fit for this role.
