Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of SVP, Controller

Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of Jennifer Halligan, CPA to Senior Vice President, Controller. In this role, she will continue to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the Bank, including financial reporting, accounting policy, internal controls and regulatory filings.

This promotion marks the next step in Halligan’s career with ENB, which began in 2020 when she joined the Bank as Assistant Controller. She was promoted to Controller in 2021 and has since led the Bank’s accounting function, overseeing financial reporting, audit coordination and the continued development of ENB’s internal control framework. As SVP, Controller, Halligan will continue her role in an elevated capacity, joining ENB’s team of senior leaders.

Halligan brings more than 25 years of banking and accounting experience to the role, including prior leadership positions at community banks in Berks and Lancaster Counties. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and internal controls, along with a proven ability to lead accounting teams and manage complex financial operations. Her attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and collaborative leadership style help ensure that ENB maintains the highest standards of financial integrity while supporting its long-term strategic goals.
