Ephrata National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of three ENB employees—Randy Covington, Matthew McKinney, and Tyler Trettin.
Randy Covington
SVP, Chief Administrative Officer
Randy Covington has been promoted to SVP, Chief Administrative Officer. In this strategic leadership role, he will oversee daily operations of customer and account servicing teams while directing project management and enterprise-wide resource planning efforts. Covington has 19 years of experience overseeing bank technology and operations, most recently as ENB’s Technology Solutions Officer. His expertise in efficient application delivery, operations, and IT infrastructure positions him well to align operational execution with ENB’s long-term goals and strategic initiatives. Covington will continue to play a critical role in driving efficiency, fostering collaboration across business segments, and ensuring the highest quality of service for ENB customers.
Matthew McKinney
AVP, Financial Advisor
Matthew McKinney continues in an elevated position as AVP, Financial Advisor. McKinney joined ENB in 2016 and has held several roles across the bank, including Document Imaging Specialist, Sales Assistant, and most recently, Financial Advisor. In this elevated role, he will continue to help clients with retirement planning, tax strategies, insurance, and investment management, leveraging his Series 7 and Series 65 licensure. McKinney also brings prior experience from Northwestern Mutual and holds a B.S. in Finance from Kutztown University. His deep institutional knowledge, community commitment and professional certifications make him an asset to ENB’s Wealth Advisory team.
Tyler Trettin
Financial Advisor
Tyler Trettin steps into the role of Financial Advisor with ENB Investment Services. Since transitioning to the financial industry in 2023, Trettin has focused on helping clients with wealth building, retirement planning, and legacy strategies. Trettin brings a unique background to his role, having spent 15 years in the fitness industry, including 12 as the owner of Vitality Athletics in Ephrata. His passion for coaching and helping others succeed translates naturally into his financial advising approach.
