Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of two ENB Employees

Ephrata National Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Bryan Glatfelter and Jeanette Lamson to Assistant Vice President positions within the organization.

Glatfelter has been promoted to AVP, Facilities Officer. In this role, he will continue to lead ENB’s Facilities team, overseeing real estate, building operations, and corporate construction management. He brings more than 25 years of experience in facilities and maintenance work, with a proven record of success in project leadership, vendor management, and space optimization. Glatfelter joined ENB in 2023 and has since driven key improvements in efficiency, automation, and workplace strategy. He holds certifications as a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) and Facilities Management Professional (FMP) through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), as well as an Associate of Applied Science in HVACR from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. Glatfelter’s leadership continues to strengthen ENB’s operational excellence and long-term growth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jeanette Lamson, AVP, Total Rewards Officer

Lamson has been promoted to AVP, Total Rewards Officer. In this strategic Human Resources leadership role, she will oversee ENB’s Total Rewards program, which includes compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee recognition strategies that support the bank’s mission and values. Lamson joined ENB in 2020 as Benefits and Payroll Manager and has 30 years of HR experience, including leadership roles at Comcast Cable and Performance Personnel. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), WorldatWork, and the Lancaster County Association of Human Resource Management. Her expertise in benefits strategy, compliance, and employee engagement continues to enhance ENB’s employee experience and culture.
