Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of Susan Lopez to VP, Regional Community Banking Officer. In this role, she will oversee multiple community banking offices and provide strategic leadership focused on customer experience, team development, and organic growth across the retail network. She will work closely with retail leadership to execute initiatives that strengthen service standards, enhance performance, and deepen customer and community relationships.

Lopez brings extensive retail and community banking experience to the role, with a strong background in multi-branch operations, customer experience strategy, and relationship-based banking. Since joining ENB, she has held roles including Customer Experience Manager and Cash Management Relationship Manager, where she partnered with branch and business banking teams to improve service delivery, support deposit growth, and drive customer retention. Prior to ENB, Lopez spent more than a decade with PNC Bank in progressive leadership roles, including Senior Branch Manager and VP, Business Banking Relationship Manager, where she led high-performing teams, managed complex retail environments, and supported both consumer and business clients.

Throughout her career, Lopez has demonstrated a strong ability to align people, processes, and performance with organizational goals while maintaining a consistent focus on risk management, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. Her leadership style emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and accountability, making her well positioned to lead ENB’s community banking teams and support the bank’s continued growth.
