Receive your monthly account statements electronically through ENB Online Banking. ENB eStatements are safe, secure, convenient and faster than mail. Past statements are automatically stored online and easily accessed. You can also save to your hard drive or print copies.
There is no charge for this service and getting started is easy. Simply complete the Online Banking application or visit any ENB branch office. When you are approved, we’ll send your initial log in ID and instructions. Once you’ve logged in, you are ready to get started. Monthly e-mail reminders alert you when a new statement is available for viewing.

Is there a fee for ENB’s eStatement Program? No, this convenient service is FREE!
Is eStatement delivery secure? Yes. Your statement is housed on a secure system, and you receive a notification when it is available so you can log into ENB Online Banking and view it. No account information is transmitted via email.
I have multiple accounts. Do I need to register each account for the eStatement Program? Yes. If you want to receive an eStatement for an account, then you need to register it for the program. You can easily register multiple accounts for ENB’s eStatement Program. If you have Online Banking, once you log in, choose “Delivery” under the Preferences menu and select eStatements. If you are not an Online Banking customer, then you can sign up for eStatements using our Online Banking application.
Do I receive an eStatement every month? Your eStatement will replace the paper statement currently being sent to you. Therefore, you will receive your eStatement monthly or quarterly, depending on how often you receive your current paper statement.
Can businesses receive eStatements? Yes. Customers with business accounts are also eligible to receive eStatements.
After I sign up, how long does it take to start receiving eStatements? After you sign up for eStatements, you will need to verify your information. You will begin receiving eStatements in the first statement cycle after your information has been verified. Therefore, you may receive a paper statement or two before you begin receiving eStatements. Once you begin receiving eStatements, you won’t receive a paper statement.
How do I know when my eStatement is ready? You will be sent an email notification.
Is it possible to have statement notification emails sent to two different email addresses? At this time we can only send statement notifications to one email address per login ID.
Do I need a special program to view my eStatement? You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your eStatement. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free program that can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
May I receive both a paper statement and an eStatement? If you choose to receive eStatements, you won’t be sent a paper statement. However, if you need a paper copy of a statement, you can request one by calling us at (717) 733-4181 (toll-free: (877) 773-6605).
Can I view my check images on my eStatement? Yes. Your check images will be part of the eStatement, just as they are part of your current paper statement.
How long are statements available to view online? eStatements are available for a 24-month period, beginning with the first statement that you receive after your information has been verified for ENB’s eStatement Program.
Can I have other statements and notices delivered electronically instead of receiving paper? At this time, only deposit statements (checking & savings accounts) may be viewed electronically.
