Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of Michael Farina as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager.

In this role, Farina will be responsible for the sales, service and retention of commercial banking relationships as well as business development, portfolio management, credit quality and overall relationship management of a portfolio of commercial customers. He will manage and develop commercial accounts that meet the bank’s lending requirements and maximize profitability while minimizing risk. He has spent over 28 years in banking, most recently as Assistant Vice President, Business Banker with Northwest Bank in Mount Joy, PA.

Farina is a graduate of Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA., where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He resides in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
