Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of Garth Brown to Credit Services Manager.

In this role, Brown will be responsible for working with the Credit Services Officer to oversee the credit process including, distribution of loans, management and development of credit analysts and underwriters, and procedures for analysis of creditworthiness of prospective and current customers that creates a consistent process structure and ensures operational excellence of the credit services process. He has spent over 5 years in banking, most recently as an Underwriter with the bank.

Brown is a graduate of Liberty University, where he earned a Master of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He also holds an Associates of Science in Criminal Justice from Reading Area Community College. Brown resides in Akron, PA.
