Ephrata National Bank Promotes Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
Ephrata National Bank announces the promotion of Craig Rodenberger to Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer.
In this role, Rodenberger will continue to oversee the Marketing division and will take on expanded responsibilities as a part of the Senior Management team where he will work to impact the organization’s growth through leveraging customer insights, use of data analytics, and industry metrics to develop a holistic strategy for the bank. This includes evaluating products and services to create a positive customer experience resulting in profitable client relationships, while meeting stakeholder and investor expectations. The role also plays a critical part in the customer experience by developing brand ambassadors internally as well as through community events and social media channels. Development of strategy for market expansion, product and digital initiatives, key marketing vendor management, and communicating and monitoring of consistent brand deployment are also responsibilities of the role. Rodenberger has over 23 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Rodenberger is a graduate of Millersville University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) School of Bank Marketing and Management and is a member of the Advisory Board for the ABA Bank Marketing Conference. In addition, he is a graduate of the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and currently serves as a Capstone Advisor for the school. Locally, Rodenberger serves the community through his involvement with the Power Packs Project where he is former Board President of the Power Packs Project and current member of their Finance Committee. He is also an active volunteer with Junior Achievement where he teaches the Our Community programs at Clay and Fulton Elementary Schools. Rodenberger resides in Landisville, PA.
